What you choose to share
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name, the help you need, project details, and permission to respond. You may also provide your business type, current website, package interest, budget, and timing. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use your details to review your request, reply by email, prepare an estimate, and communicate about any work you approve. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
How the form is processed
Cloudflare hosts the public site and processes requests and the anti-spam challenge. Its Turnstile service processes technical information to detect abuse. Validated inquiries are passed to an owner-authorized Google Apps Script, and Google Gmail stores inquiry notifications, direct emails, and replies. Operational request IDs, limited receipt metadata, send states, and rate-limit identifiers are kept in Google Script Properties for up to seven days to prevent duplicates and manage retries; they are then removed. These operational records are separate from the emails that remain in Gmail.
Storage and access
Inquiry emails may remain in the business Gmail account while needed to review your inquiry and support our business correspondence. There is no automatic email deletion schedule in this setup. Access depends on the business account’s security settings and service providers. We do not put your inquiry text in browser local storage, public logs, or analytics.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or analytics scripts. The live anti-spam service may process browser and device signals. The private preview hosting service may require sign-in and use its own access cookies.
Your choices when contacting us
Only share the details needed to explain your project. Business type, current website, package interest, budget, and timing are optional. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email directly; your email provider and the business Gmail account then process that conversation.
The form does not ask for account passwords, card numbers, or details about your own customers. Any account authorization needed for an approved project is handled separately through the relevant provider.
