Getting started

What to share and what to expect from the first conversation.

Do I need to schedule a sales call?

No. The normal process can be handled online and by email, from your first inquiry through your preview and approval.

When will I hear back, and how long does a build take?

Expect a reply within 48 hours of your inquiry. We may need more details before completing an estimate. Build timing depends on scope, receipt of content, and your feedback; we agree on the schedule with you.

What will you need from me?

Accurate business details, your logo and assets, approval of copy and design, and necessary account sign-ins. You buy and renew your domain. We guide you through the parts that need your involvement.

Can I ask for an estimate if I am not sure what I need?

Yes. Tell us what your business does, what you already have, and what you would like to improve. You can leave the package and budget undecided while we clarify the work.

Packages, prices & revisions

How the introductory offers and written estimates work.

What is included in the $100 introductory offer?

A basic single-page Essential Website: up to eight sections, mobile layout, basic approved copy, one inquiry form and standard acknowledgment setup, basic search setup, one consolidated revision round, and connection to one customer-owned domain. Extras are quoted separately. The offer is for our first few customers; availability and the final scope are confirmed in writing.

What is included in the $250 Professional introductory offer?

A Professional Website includes up to five standard pages, a consistent mobile-friendly design, basic approved copy, one inquiry form and standard acknowledgment setup, basic search setup, two consolidated revision rounds, and connection to one customer-owned domain. The introductory price is $250; the regular price is $500. Extras are quoted separately, and availability and scope are confirmed in writing.

What counts as a revision round?

A revision round is one consolidated set of changes to the agreed preview. Essential includes one round and Professional includes two. Added pages, new features, or a different project direction may need a separate estimate.

Are the website prices monthly?

No. The website prices shown are one-time project prices for the stated scope. Domain renewals and any paid hosting, email, or other services are separate and identified in the written estimate.

Will I pay extra for the form or basic website copy?

One inquiry form, standard acknowledgment setup, and basic copy from approved facts are included in both website packages. The standalone extras apply to separately scoped work, so those included items are not charged twice.

Content, design & compatibility

What we can build, what you approve, and what needs a closer look.

Can you replace my existing website?

We can review it and quote a supported rebuild or update. Sites made with Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress may need a rebuild in our portable stack. Connecting your domain does not mean every old platform feature can be preserved.

Will I be guaranteed Google rankings or leads?

No. Basic search setup is included, but rankings, traffic, and inquiries depend on many other factors. We focus on a clear website that helps visitors understand your business.

Do I need to write all the website copy?

No. Basic package copy is developed from the accurate business facts you supply. You review and approve the wording. We need your services, service area, contact details, and any claims you want to make.

Are the examples real customer websites?

They are original concepts for fictional businesses, clearly labeled as design examples. They show possible visual directions and desktop/mobile compositions. The buttons and forms inside those images do not submit a service request.

Can you use my logo and photos?

Yes. Supply your approved logo and images you own or have permission to use. If you are missing an asset, we can discuss what is needed when defining the project.

Can you add an online store or a booking system?

Ecommerce, payment processing, member accounts, and complex booking engines are outside these website packages. Tell us what you need before requesting a quote so the scope can be reviewed.

Domains, email & later updates

Ownership, setup, and the work that may follow launch.

Do I need a domain, and who owns it?

Yes, for a public website at your own address. You purchase and own the domain in your own account and handle its renewal. We provide the website preview and connect the approved site.

Can I use an existing domain?

Usually. We check the necessary DNS access and existing setup first. Cloudflare DNS is our preferred setup; Namecheap, GoDaddy, and other registrars can often stay in place if they provide the required DNS controls. Changing registrar is normally unnecessary.

Are hosting and email extra?

We favor free options for suitable small sites. Any required paid hosting, email, or third-party tools will be explained in your written estimate before you commit. Free service plans can change.

Do I need a paid business mailbox?

No. A supported existing Gmail inbox can receive inquiries. Custom domain email is optional, and any related cost is discussed first.

What if I need updates later?

Additional work can be quoted when you need it. There is no default maintenance subscription or promise of unlimited changes.
